Thomas J. McMahon, Jr.
After attending L.S.U., Tommy began his career at Eustis in 1987 and learned the business by working at the claims desk before attending the U.S.F. & G. School of Insurance in Baltimore, MD in 1988. In 1995, he was named Vice President of the agency and was elected to the Board of Directors. In addition to handling some of the agencies larger accounts, he was elected President and CEO in 2005. His client base includes restaurant & hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, oil field services, and construction.
Ray Posecai, Jr., CPCU, CIC
Ray Posecai, Jr. is a native of New Orleans. He graduated with honors from Southeastern Louisiana University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration. In 1983, Ray started his insurance career as a Commercial Casualty Underwriter for Aetna Casualty and Surety. In 1985, he joined a local insurance agency in sales and marketing of commercial insurance. He served several years on the Associates Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans.In 1989, Ray was designated a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter by the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters. In 1995, he received his Chartered Insurance Counselor designation. Ray was a board member for the Professional Insurance Agents of New Orleans from 1989 to 1994. He served as president of this organization in 1992. Ray was selected “Insurance Agent of the Year” for 1991-1992 by the Louisiana 1752 Club. In 1993, Ray joined Eustis Insurance as Assistant Vice President. In 1998, he became shareholder Vice President and Director. In January 2005, Ray, Thomas McMahon, Jr., Robert Swayze, and Ward Stallings became majority shareholders of Eustis Insurance, completing this third successful perpetuation of the agency.
Robert L. Swayze
Bob has been a producer since 1979 and works on a wide variety of large commercial accounts. In addition to production, he is one of the principals of the firm and is on the producer recruiting/development team. He is a Past President of RiskProNe.
George joined Eustis Insurance in 1985 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1990. He retired from that position in 2006 and currently serves as Chairman Emeritus. Formerly, he worked in public accounting and in the mortgage banking industry. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and the USF&G School of Insurance, and is a Certified Public Accountant Inactive.
Keith joined Eustis in April 2000 and has brought our IT system to its current stable environment providing numerous efficiencies to the agency over the past twelve years. With our reliance on IT, Keith’s insurance and software knowledge have proven to be a tremendous asset for our organization.
J. David Daniel is President of Daniel & Eustis Insurance and Benefits in Baton Rouge, and he has served as an independent Insurance Agent for over 30 years. His years of expertise have served his customers well as he has been a trusted insurance advisor regarding a wide variety of exposures, and has specialized in large customer accounts and in public entity insurance. A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, and graduate of LSU, Mr. Daniel is devoted to the community as well as the insurance industry. Mr. Daniel is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Baton Rouge, as well as the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Louisiana. He has recently served as the national Chairman of the Board of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, which is the nation’s oldest and largest association of insurance agent, representing over 300,000 agents, brokers, and employees.
Ward joined Eustis Insurance in 2004 with twenty years of senior finance and insurance operation experience. He has a broad business leadership background extending to all core insurance functions including carrier, reinsurance, claims administration, and agency experience. He is a member of the Executive Committee whose responsibility is to set vision and priorities with full responsibility for all aspects of operations, including writing strategic business plans and directing financial controls, financial reporting, problem evaluation, policy/procedure and implementation.
